We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you are returning from the UK or internationally, our portal makes the process seamless.
Return Window: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Completion: Once notified, you have a further 14 days to get the item back to us.
UK Returns: Use our official Royal Mail QR code service. Simply take your QR code to any Post Office—no printing required. A £2.50 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover postage.
International Returns: We now offer easy returns via DHL. Please note that we are currently unable to offer free international returns; the cost of the return label will be clarified during the portal process.

UK customers will receive a Royal Mail QR code.
International customers will receive a DHL label to attach to their parcel.
When will I receive my refund?
UK: Once received, items undergo a rigorous inspection and authentication process. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days.
International: Please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach our UK facility, followed by 10 working days for inspection and refund processing.
REFUND TIMELINES
Once our team has approved your return, we will process the refund on our end immediately. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account is dependent on your bank or credit card issuer's internal processing times. While we release the funds instantly, most institutions typically take 3–5 business days to reflect the balance. We recommend contacting your bank directly for a specific arrival estimate.
What condition must the items be in?
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a fully sellable condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
Are any items non-returnable?
Personalised Items: Any item tailored specifically for you cannot be returned.
Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Certain goods (such as undergarments or earrings) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Gift Cards: If you used a Gift Card, the refund will be applied to a Gift Card first.
Split Payments: The Gift Card will be topped up to its original value first, with the remaining balance sent to your other payment method.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
If you believe an item is defective, please register it through the portal. We will examine the goods and notify you of your refund via email. Refunds for confirmed defective items are processed within 30 days.
